B1G1=Buy One, Get One Free (B1G1 50%off=Buy One, Get One 50% off) (Could have many variations)

FM=Fred Meyer

Fmmc=Fred Meyer Monthly circular Coupon

K=Kellogg’s (sporadically published in the Sunday Paper)

P&G=Proctor & Gamble (usually appears on the first Sunday of the Month only)

RA-Rite Aid

SS=Smart Source (usually appears weekly in the Sunday Paper)

SW=Safeway coupon

T=Tillamook (sporadically published in the Sunday Paper)

V=Valassis (usually appears weekly in the Sunday Paper) (aka Red Plum)

W=Walgreen's

 

How to read the Manufacturer Coupon column:

 

 

Colors:

 

Purple is the standard color for the Rite Aid list.

 

Green is used for Fred Meyer, but also appears on the Albertsons list as a reminder to bring the Fred Meyer coupon with you.

 

Blue is used for the Albertsons list.

 

Rust is used for Safeway, Top Foods, or Walgreen's coupons that can be used at Albertsons.
