Getting started using the Puget Sound Grocery Guide is simple.

All you need is the current edition of the Seattle Times, which is where you will find the Smart Source, Procter & Gamble and General Mills ads. The current coupon circulars from Albertsons, Fred Meyer, Walgreens, Rite Aid and Safeway.

Other than that you need the lists found here on Puget Sound Grocery Guide for great deals, great savings and no wasted time.

I also put the coupons from the magazine All You on the Deal Sheet, while it's not necessary it is an additional resource for savings.

What to Expect Each Week:

Twice a week I will send out an e-mail, letting you know what lists have been updated and what kind of deals you can expet to find in them.

The Deal Sheet (all the coupons from the Smart Source, P&G and General Mills ads), Fred Meyer, Rite Aid and Walgreens ads are up by Sunday.

The Albertsons and Safeway ads are up on Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.
